Specializing in HIIT Circuit training for weight loss and endurance, and in weight training, Maxine has been in the industry for almost 12 years.
She believes in balance in all aspects of life including training. She advocates a life with plenty rest and fun, as well as hard work when the time comes for it. “I don’t believe life should all about chicken and broccoli” says Maxine, “but when you want to see those results and you have goal in mind its important to understand that there will have to be some sacrifices.”
